Antipasti

What is your favorite part of the reception??


Ok, ok, dancing til the early hours is definately a contender, but we would have to say "apertivo" hour - or cocktail hour - is our favorite!   

We love it when you come back from the ceremony - in an Italian church or amazing town hall museum or courtyard - to find plentiful buffet tables filled with Tuscan goodies.  The bar usually has flowing Prosecco wine, Bellini, juices and other drinks you plan.  The Tuscans use this time to delight you with finger food: mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes, canapè, bruscetta and foccaccia, tons of cheeses, honey and chutney. We love the fresh salami, prosciutto with melon and grapes....YUM!!
